Sad to see USA being preached by a small and poor country like Rwanda.
Some times , I just feel ashamed by people who represent our country!!! No diplomatic language at all!! Even if you disagree with Madam Samantha, you do not have to disgrace her like that by her name.Plus she represents her country, it would not hurt to possess diplomatic manners just like they emphasize table manners in the society. But can we blame ambassador Gasana??? Absolutely not, charity begins at home and are enforced by the head of the household, in this case who is President Kagame who is worse than Gasana.If you see people behind him are looking at each other in a kind of shock moment or like where is this one coming from with this excessive arrogance and incivility !!!
