Council of ministers: draft constructions of social housing for urban populations.
The Council of ministers was held this Friday, 11 March 2016 at the presidential palace of gitega under the chairmanship of the head of state Pierre Nkurunziza. The items on the agenda are among other things: the draft law on organic framework of cooperatives in Burundi; the draft law on the ratification by the republic of Burundi of the African charter on the values of decentralization, local governance and Local development; the draft agreement between the biz planners and advisers limited and the public Estate Corporation (SIP) for the construction of social housing for urban populations. The Council of ministers has also analysed the document of reforms for the modernization of the management of public finances presented by the minister of finance. This Council of ministers is the first to be held in the interior of the country.
